Description

Supervisor for Facilities for Benedictine Nursing Center at Mount Angel, OR (Full-time, DAY shift)

Provides leadership and supervision required to coordinate and execute the daily functions and activities of the departments, assists in developing and maintaining departmental objectives and quality standards. Is directly responsible for fire and life safety programs on the campus and initiating department response to emergency events. Directly oversees the operations of Plant, Laundry, and Housekeeping. Works jointly with the Administrator to define goals and plan objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent educ/experience.

  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

  • 5 years of Maintenance or EVS experience, preferably in health care setting.

  • 1 year experienced in use of computers and software applications including databases, spreadsheets and maintenance management programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • 1 year of Management experience.
